How do I connect Ring, Wyze, Sifely, or Home Assistant?
Each integration has its own setup flow. The basic shape is the same: open Settings → Integrations, pick the service, follow the guided OAuth or token flow, and confirm devices appear in Sentinel.

What devices and platforms are supported today?
Current device support:
- Ring doorbells and cameras (via Ring's developer program)
- Wyze cameras (via Wyze Bridge), plus Wyze plugs, bulbs, locks, and thermostats
- Sifely smart locks
- Anything connected through Home Assistant — lights, sensors, switches, climate, media players, etc.

Is my camera footage stored in the cloud?
No. Camera streams stay on your local network and only travel through your Mac mini. Snapshots may be proxied during event ingestion to generate alert summaries, then discarded — they are not retained unless you explicitly enable clip retention (which is off by default).
What we do store in the cloud: event metadata (motion timestamps, doorbell presses, device state), device names, and the AI summaries we generate. Full detail in the privacy policy.
What's the Mac mini for? Do I need one?
The Mac mini is an optional local workstation that unlocks features Mini's World can't safely run from the cloud:
- iMessage and WhatsApp-personal messaging (Apple's policies require local hardware)
- Local camera streaming for Wyze and Home Assistant
- Voice-print verification (stored only in macOS Keychain, never transmitted)
Without a Mac mini, Mini's World still works for email, cloud-only integrations (Ring, Sifely), Gmail/Calendar Minis, and the trading and family Minis.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Two options:
- In-app: Settings → Account → "Delete account."
- Email: Send the form above with subject "Account deletion request" — or email founder@minisworld.ai from your account address.
We process deletions within seven days. All your data — including OAuth tokens for connected devices, chat history, family-Mini information, and trading credentials — is purged from primary stores immediately and from backups within 30 days. See the privacy policy for the full retention picture.
How do I export my data?
Settings → Privacy → "Export my data." We email you a JSON archive within 24 hours containing your workflows, chat history, family roster, and connected-service metadata. Camera media (which we don't retain) is not included.

Is Mini's World free?
During beta, yes — every feature is free. Pricing post-beta is still being finalized; current users will get reasonable advance notice (at least 30 days) before any change. We'll always offer a way to export your data and walk away if pricing doesn't fit.
I'm a developer — how can I integrate with Mini's World?
The public API isn't yet generally available. If you're building something where Mini's World should connect inbound or outbound (a tool, an MCP server, a webhook receiver), email founder@minisworld.ai with what you have in mind. We're prioritizing partner integrations during beta.
Something's broken — how do I file a bug report?
Use the form above with subject "Bug report." The fastest fix path includes:
- What you were trying to do
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Steps to reproduce, if you can
- A screenshot if anything visual is off (the form supports image attachment)
How do I request a feature?
Same form, subject "Feature request." We read every one and triage publicly when we update. Beta is the right time to shape what Mini's World becomes.
Service status
All systems normal.
Live status and incident history at status.minisworld.ai. If integrations are degraded — Ring webhooks delayed, Wyze polling failing, Gmail OAuth issues — we post there first, then notify affected users by email.
